Privacy
Se Pudrió Todo is a card game to play with friends in the browser, on itch.io or inside Discord. Here we explain what data it uses, what for and how to delete it. We don't sell or share data for advertising, and the game has no ads.
This is a translation: if it ever differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish one prevails.
Playing without an account
You don't need an account to play. As a guest, the game gives you a random signed identifier and your browser keeps it along with the name you chose and your options. We don't ask for an email or any personal data. If you make your room public, the name you chose shows up in the home screen's list of public rooms, along with how many are waiting and the deck, until the game starts.
Signing in with Google or Discord (optional)
If you sign in with Google or Discord, the sign-in is handled by Supabase, our accounts provider. From your account we only use your name, your email and your profile picture:
- your name and picture, to show your profile in the game;
- your email, to recognize your account when you come back. We don't send you emails.
With an account we keep your game profile: games, rankings, achievements and favorite cards. We don't ask for access to your contacts, files or anything else in Google or Discord, and this data is not used for anything else nor shared with anyone.
Deleting your account: in the game, "Profile" → "Delete my account and my data". It deletes your profile, your games, achievements and favorites, and your sign-in user.
Inside Discord
In the Discord Activity we use your Discord id, your name and your avatar to seat you at the table and keep your game profile. Discord shares them when you agree to open the Activity. If you also agree to let it see the call, the game knows who is speaking in the voice channel to mark them at the table with a green ring: it doesn't listen to or record the audio, and none of it is stored.
Under 18
The all-ages version on Discord can be used from age 13. With those players we use the same as with anyone on Discord (id, name and avatar) and nothing else: there are no donations inside Discord, and the analytics use a code derived from the id, never the id or the name. If you are a parent or guardian and want us to delete a minor's data, write to us from the help page.
Donations
If you support the game, the payment is processed by Mercado Pago: we never see your card details. We keep the amount, the payment status and, if you were signed in, which account it goes to (to give you the Supporter badge). If you support it on Patreon, you pay on their site and under their rules: the game receives none of that.
Analytics and errors
- We measure how the game is used with Amplitude (for example, how many games are finished) to improve it.
- In some sessions, Amplitude keeps an anonymous recording: small screenshots of the game screen and where you tapped, to find errors and improve the game. Text fields are not recorded, and neither are audio or camera.
- If something fails, the technical detail of the error goes to GlitchTip so we can fix it.
- Against abuse, Cloudflare may ask you for a check before you join as a guest.
Votes, ratings and reports
We count how each card does (votes and reports) without keeping who voted. A report about a player or a problem keeps what you wrote and a code that doesn't identify you.
If you rate the deck when a game ends, we keep the stars, the reasons and the comment you write, with a code that doesn't identify you. Comments are not published: we read them to improve the decks.
Questions
For any question about your data or to ask us to delete it, write to us from thehelp page. The rules for using the game are in theterms of use.
