Terms of use

Se Pudrió Todo is a free card game to play with friends in the browser, on itch.io or inside Discord. It's made by Steve Aragon, from Argentina. If you play, you accept these terms.

This is a translation: if it ever differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish one prevails.

Age

The full deck is for adults 18+: it has dark and sexual humor. On the web, on itch.io and in the Android app the game warns you when you come in. The Host can pick the all-ages deck, but that doesn't make it a game for kids.

On Discord there are two versions. The one in the App Directory is for ages 13+: it only plays cards fit for all ages and doesn't let you change that. The version with the full deck is for adults 18+ and is only used in adult servers. If you're between 13 and 18, play only the all-ages version.

Using the game

• Playing is free and you don't need an account.
• No cheating, overloading the server, automating players without permission or breaking the game's security.
• Respect the others: the content policy applies. The Host can remove someone from the room, and we can block whoever doesn't follow it.
• On Discord, Discord's rules and those of the server you play in apply too.

Account

The account is optional (with Google or Discord) and keeps your profile, achievements and favorites. You can delete it whenever you want from "Profile". What data we use is in theprivacy policy.

What you write

The name you pick and what you write in the room are yours and your responsibility. If you suggest a card, you let us use it, edit it and publish it in the game without paying you; if it gets in, it can carry your name in the credits if you ask.

The cards and the game

It's all fiction and jokes: the cards are not about anyone in particular. The cards, the art, the code and the brand belong to the game; don't copy them for another game or to sell them. Third-party resources (fonts, sounds, the Godot engine) have their own licenses, listed in Credits.

Donations

Supporting the game is voluntary and doesn't buy anything inside the game, except the Supporter badge. Payments are processed by Mercado Pago or Patreon, under their own rules. If you were charged by mistake, write to us and we'll look into it.

No warranty

The game is offered as is. It may have bugs, go down or change, and it may stop existing some day. We are not liable for damages arising from using it, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may change these terms. If the change is important, we'll tell you in the game's news. Keeping on playing after the change means accepting it.
